Spirituality and EFT - Part 1

Spirituality and EFT can help during stressful times - especially the times we are currently experiencing in our global economy.

Spirituality and EFT

On every news program, radio, and TV station we’re hearing bad reports about the economy. Fear is everywhere and the stress is becoming apparent in our lives and the lives of those we love. We feel as if we are all alone in the universe, as if nothing we can do will solve the problems or make any difference at all. Where can we turn when the news reports frighten us, paralyze us, and make us want to run away and hide? If we have a sense that there is a Higher Power, we might want to increase our faith in that Power. We might choose to strengthen our faith by using a simple Tapping method like EFT to ameliorate the stress, remove the disruption in the nervous system, and strengthen our faith in God. Our teachers say that “trusting in God involves believing that God is always in complete control because NO power is greater than God.” This is the first of many Spirituality and EFT tapping sessions. Enjoy with great JOY!
