What is going well in your life? Use those wonderful large and small things to keep you moving forward!

FINDING WHAT’S GOING WELL IN OUR LIVES TAPPING IN THE POSITIVE WITH EFT!


It’s so easy to focus on what’s going wrong and what needs fixing in ourselves, our friends, our children or our circumstances. Did you ever notice what your energy feels like when you focus on what’s lacking, or on all the problems you’re facing? How does it feel? What happens to your mood? What happens to your energy? Does thinking about what’s wrong fill you with energy and make you feel like conquering the world? It doesn’t does it? What if, instead of looking for what’s wrong, we look for what’s right? What if we search for what is improving, what we have accomplished, and what’s going well for us? Would we feel differently? Would you be willing to try this little experiment and let me know what happens? Instead of focusing on what’s broken, what’s wrong and what needs fixing, why not put some energy into looking for and acknowledging what’s going right in your life. Perhaps in this way we can raise our vibration and attract even more positive experiences into our lives to celebrate and feel good about!

Sit down today and make a list of positive things in your life! List everything that is going well in your life in every area that you can think of, your health, your work, your relationships, your spiritual life, and even the weather! Do you have sheets on your bed? Good! Do you have clothes on your back? Great! Have you eaten in the last twenty four hours? Wonderful! Search for all the positive improvements, big or small, and acknowledge them to yourself first and then to a good friend. Let your words create new positive waves and feelings that vibrate in melodious tones of affirming, comforting thought. Don’t hold back! Say it out loud, and sing it out loud, so that the Universe hears and understands that you are enjoying the positive gifts that you are receiving and will send you even more of them! Let’s celebrate the good stuff in all the wonderful, positive and energetic ways that we can possibly think of! L’Chaim! HERE’S TO LIFE!
